Denver exists on the stolen lands of the Arapaho, Cheyenne, Núu-agha-tʉvʉ-pʉ̱ (Ute)
as people who live, work, and play on stolen land, we should seek to be in solidarity with those who were forcibly removed from it. here we’ve highlighted just some of the great organizations that do so much work for Denver’s Indigenous community, including policy change, climate action, food security, supporting our unhoused neighbors, and cultural ceremony and teaching.
if you want to support kinkier work, the Council of Indigenous Leather is also doing community and advocacy work in leather.
every year we donate 10% of unabashed ticket sales to indigenous land back organizations. a material gift of support won’t change the past, but it will strengthen our community in the present, and support indigenous sovereignty for the future.
